Conquer Your Own Fear - Principles to start your own business

Conquer Your Own Fear - Principles to start your own business - Want to do business but afraid of failure. The fear that haunts all those who want to do business. Fear of bankruptcy. Fear of embarrassment. Yes, many fear that haunt everyone.

Don't let your fear stop you. Here the tips to overcome these obstacles:

1. Realize that all people have a fear that Know that someone must have fear.

Even a very brave too at least have one thing in this world he feared.
In the world of entrepreneurship, every person usually have their own fears when they want to start their own business. No matter who, whether your prospective entrepreneur with zero experience, an entrepreneur who has experienced, or even a seasoned entrepreneur though, fear it will always be present. The difference is in how people respond to such fear and maturity will determine the quality of one's personal attitudes.

And one thing we need to bear in mind is someone who is brave in doing something that does not mean he is brave in all things. Other people may be frightened by one thing. On the other hand, others can be mediocre, while you are very frightened. In essence, the fear to start a business is natural, you are not the only person who experienced it. Take it with reasonable and try to interact with many people who also want to start a business so that feelings of fear it fade on its own.

Sometimes with communicating with other people more open your eyes to see the advantages  (usually fear comes from too focused on the weaknesses that we owned) and knowing that there are many people who have more weakness than our weaknesses, but they kept going anyway.

Try also to find someone who can talk and share about the fear you feel when starting a business. It would be better if that person also has the key to free you from fear.

2. Overcome fear gradually Like when you learn to ride a bike as a kid, you do not have to be pedaling on a busy highway directly during the first day of learning.

Do it gradually by doing a few strokes on a deserted terrain, or assisted with the wheel to keep from falling, then the wheels are removed and the wheels started to get used to pedaling without assistance.

No need to force yourself to make a target to conquer fear in a short time, but more focused on improving slowly courage every day.

Write down all the things you fear, some kind of fear that you want to conquer, and make a list containing the three short steps that you think could be done to begin free your fear. Choose one and do today as well.

3. Just think of fear as an opportunity to develop

Fear is always restrict a person to enjoy life. With the fear of someone in starting a business, it would be difficult for him to improve the quality of life. If you can see what you can accomplish after defusing the fear, maybe you can see a world that is worthy of consideration for you to enter.

Make a list of pros and cons of business deal with the things you fear:

"What potential benefits can be obtained from the control of this fear?" How your life could be better if you can control it? " What kinds of things you can do with a free but could not do this now because of fear? " What should you give up to control that fear? "

For those of you who want to start a business but still scared, try looking at fear as an opportunity to grow and develop, not just in financial terms, but also personally. To become a great entrepreneur, once required a personal toughness.

Write one or two paragraphs about how your life will be different when you overcome your fear that has locked a long time and how we can take risks and then enjoy the potential benefits that exist.

4. Be careful about how you think about fear

Sometimes we are so afraid of what we think that can happen if we leave our comfort zone. Too easy to convince yourself that your reasons for fear it completely right.

Someone wisely said, "The most important is how we talk to ourselves about what happens to us, no matter what happens to us."

We can imagine all kinds of negative things when we reflect on the things we fear, such as starting a business We fear loss, we are afraid to be teased if it does not go to print a profit, we owe a lot of fear and can not pay off in the end. But this will not make it into real fears. It is natural to feel afraid of what we do not know.

To overcome this, we can consciously choose to think of the best possibilities. The trick? Create a list containing the best and worst of all possibilities in starting a business that comes to mind. Once completed, read and ponder. Do you finally understand why most of the fear that actually makes no sense and too far-fetched?

5. Failure is not the end of everything

You might think that the sky is falling so your business will be out of business or loss. Some failures can be harmful to some degree but often the failure even to make us stronger, more mature and more experienced than ever.

If you have a brilliant business idea but you not try to make it happen, just the same that you give a golden opportunity to others. This happened to Sir Humphrey Davy who did not develop his idea to continue the research to make electric bulb in 1802 because it is constrained by the price of platinum thats very expensive at that time.

Several decades later in the year 1878, Thomas Edison realize the idea that became the first electric bulb. Up to now we know Thomas Edison as the inventor of the bulb, not even Sir Humphrey Davy, who had the idea first
